The applications for the JA Global Alumni Conference are open until March 15th 2019. Please note that if you apply for the conference you won’t automatically have a conference spot. Your national coordinator (NC) has to approve your participation. Please contact your respective NC for more details here.


Approval of your participation

Applications will become a registration after your local national coordinator (NC) confirms your application (April 1st 2019). After the confirmation we will send you the invoice for your registration and will have two weeks to pay. If the invoice is not paid, we consider it as a cancellation, and you will lose your spot.

Participation fee

The participation fee covers entrance to all venues of the main conference agenda, accommodation in the hotel from Wednesday to Sunday, food and travel expenses during the official parts of the agenda. Travel expenses and food / drinks during the unofficial parts or extra events are not included in the participation fee.

The participation fee is as follows:

  • JA Alumni - €185

  • JA Alumni Honoris - €250

  • JA Staff members, guests - €500

Please note that the prices include accommodation in 2 or 3 bed rooms. An additional fee is required for single room booking. Please see → accommodation


The invoice needs to be paid within 2 weeks. Unpaid invoices will be considered as cancellation, and you will lose your ticket (meaning your conference spot). You are no longer entitles to participate at the JA Global Alumni Conference.


A cancellation free of charge is only possible until April 1st, 2019. After your spot got confirmed the full fee needs to be paid within two weeks.

From the April 1st, the cancellations will be closed (exceptions can be made in case of emergencies).
